RESCHEDULING

In order to reschedule lessons, students must give at least a 24 hour's notice. Lessons cancelled within less than 24 hours will not be rescheduled.
If there is a holiday on the day of the class, it can be rescheduled to another day or the time can be split between two future lessons, preferably within a week, not more than a month.

PAYMENT

Payment of the monthly fee is due on the day of the first scheduled lesson of the month or by the 5th day of the month (whichever comes first), via Pix (mobile: 21999998717) or Wise.com (if you don't have a Brazilian bank account).
In case of a long trip (over a week), even if it is not feasible to make up for the classes due the student's lack of free time, in order for the student to guarantee that their spot is saved for them, the payment for missed classes must be maintained.

Students should use a computer or tablet for the video calls,

but, in certain cases, you can use a smartphone:
