RESCHEDULING
-
In order to reschedule lessons, students must give at least a 24 hour's notice. Lessons cancelled within less than 24 hours will not be rescheduled.

If there is a holiday on the day of the class, there are 2 options: take the lesson on the holiday itself or reschedule to another day (within a month).

The lesson can be rescheduled to another day or the time can be split between two future lessons, preferably within a week, not more than a month.
PAYMENT

Payment of the monthly package is due on the day of the first scheduled lesson of the month or by the 5th day of the month of validity of the package (whichever comes first), via Pix (mobile: 21999998717) or Wise.com (if you don't have a Brazilian bank account).

Package prices are based on 4 weeks of classes – this being the minimum monthly amount, even if there is a holiday or cancellation by the student.
- An example: if your package is the "8 1-hour lessons: BRL 720 (BRL 90/h)", on Mondays and Wednesdays, and a given month happens to have five Mondays, the fee will be increased proportionally. However, if among the 8 scheduled lessons of a month 1 is on a holiday, the payment of the 8-hour package remains, with the options mentioned in the section "Rescheduling" above.

In case of a long trip (over a week), even if it is not feasible to make up for the classes due the student's lack of free time, in order for the student to guarantee that their spot is saved for them, the payment for missed classes must be maintained.
